Solihull College & University Centre is the first and only place in Solihull you can study towards your university level qualification.

 

With extremely competitive fees compared to many universities, the College offers you the chance to stay local and save thousands on your degree. Many courses are offered full and part-time allowing you to fit your studies around work and family life.

The Solihull College & University Centre Graduation Ceremony is held each year to recognise outstanding achievements and celebrate the dedication of our university level students as they prepare to progress onto the next chapter of their lives.
HNC

HNCs are similar to HNDs, but with fewer modules studied and on a part time basis. Most HNCs can take you directly onto the second year of a full honours degree.

HND

HNDs concentrate on both skills and knowledge of specific industries. Most HNDs can take you directly onto the second or third year of a full honours degree.

FOUNDATION DEGREES

Foundation Degrees are equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate degree and can be topped up to gain a full honours degree.

TOP-UP DEGREES

Top-Up Degrees allow you to upgrade your HND, Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification to a full honours degree.

BACHELOR'S DEGREES

Bachelor’s Degrees develop your analytical, intellectual and essay writing skills that are increasingly being demanded by employers.

MASTER'S DEGREES

A master’s degree is a postgraduate qualification that involves a more in-depth understanding of a subject.
